One to one Personal Training
- The most effective way to get the most out of your training. Using tried and tested methods to help achieve any goals you may have. I will work with you carefully to improve your fitness, mobility and mindset to help achieve all of your targets.
- Before we begin we will go through body composition, health assessment and fitness testing to devise an individually tailored program. We will take a look at your nutrition and give you the education you need to ensure your diet is optimised for body composition and performance.
- Your program will aim to improve your confidence using various resistance techniques such as free weights, kettlebells and TRX training.

- As above but with up to 4 friends. This method of training can be a fantastic way to help motivate each other in trying to give maximum effort and achieving the greatest lifestyle changes.
