"I find Dan Toner to be an excellent PT. I have been part of his Group Personal Training for over a year now and really enjoy it. Dan makes each session interesting and fun, and encourages me without pushing me too hard! His wealth of Exercise and Fitness knowledge is exemplary and he often refers to his lidl black book for alternative exercises and programs. Dan has a very personable manner and can communicate and demonstrate different exercises very clearly. He is also knowledgeable about diet and injuries which I find to be very useful. He has a very calm and professional approach which I really appreciate as I don't respond well to the stereotypical Macho Gym PT. I would certainly recommend him as an Excellent Personal Trainer for both 1:1 and Group sessions.
